Hiya, the trip to Tour seems a long long time ago to me. I have been there since I was a senior high student. Personally, I prefer Chateau Chenoceau with channels underground. As regards Chambord, it is like a mushroom-style chateau, very cute. Have you noticed the garden in Chenoceau is really amazing like labyrinth. It would be great to read when there is shadow beneath. Enjoy your trip in Europe and take care.
